Just click on the link below for a downloadable donation form. Then print out the form, please print or write legibly, sign your art work, and securely attach this
form to your art work. Delivery information can be found at the bottom of the form.
Donations are due by Saturday, March 3rd!

DONORS AND VOLUNTEERS all receive a FREE art auction t-shirt!
Tips and Important Info
- Please consider the quality of what you give so that your work can be enthusiastically auctioned and you can compete for one of the prizes. We know it's difficult to part with art on which you've worked so hard, but consider the good it will do and consider how you've benefited or might benefit from FOA funds.
- Please mat your 2-D work or frame it appropriately before donating. Presentation can make or break a work, especially if you sincerely want your work to be considered for a prize. The juror notices!
- Take advantage of the publicity you'll get with the website and Facebook—LIKE our Facebook page at Friends of Art SIUE and tell your friends—help spread the word!
- Make sure your name is on the work itself! Fill out the donor form completely and legibly and securely attach it to your donation.
- Donations can be made (and forms will be available) at Jane Barrow's office, at Beyond Timbuktu in downtown Edwardsville (224 N.Main St), form also available at Friends of Art SIUE on Facebook.
- Volunteers are needed for day of auction delivery of art work and set up at auction site. Click here to sign-up!
- Volunteers needed for the night of the auction to carry art while bidding takes place and to dismantle our displays, etc. after the auction is over. Click here to sign-up!
